Bolt Recall Member Update

Dear valued Míocar member: 

It’s been a busy week here at Míocar. Since we learned about the Chevy Bolt recall last Friday afternoon, the Míocar Team responded quickly to shuttle our Chevy Bolts to dealerships. Every one of our Bolts is in the process of receiving the software fix required to put them back into service. At this time 7 of our Bolts are available at the following locations:

Our Kern County Bolts are currently at the Chevy dealership in Bakersfield and we are doing everything possible to get them back into service for the upcoming holiday weekend. For the most up-to-date information about the availability of all of our vehicles, including our BMW i3’s and our Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in-Hybrid minivans, please log into the Míocar app. For detailed information about our COVID-19 protocols and anything else you want to know about Míocar, please visit our website at www.miocar.org.

Since last week’s email Chevrolet has established a website with more information on the recall here if you have additional questions about the software fix. 

In observance of the upcoming holiday, our office will be closed from Thursday, November 26th through Sunday, November 29th. During this time, if you are in a Míocar and need roadside assistance, please call our main line at 559-205-9730 and press 1 and press 1 again. Emergency called are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
